BRITISH CURRICULUM
1. Laude International School – San Pedro de Alcantara
Ages 3-18 years
Offering both 18 different A Levels and the Spanish bachillerato, this school has over 80 nationalities enrolled. Considered one of the top schools of the area.
2. Aloha College – Nueva Andalucía
Ages 3-18 years
This school offers both the British Curriculum and the Spanish Baccaleurate. Considered one of the top schools in the area, this school focuses on teaching children values and making the most of their personal skills. The campus offers all types of academic services and sports facilities, as well as a large selection of extracurricular activities.
3. Swans International School – Marbella
Ages 3-18 years
This school was originally opened in 1971 as a primary school, however has dramatically grown over the years and has become a referent for those wishing to study the British Curriculum, with students achieving top scores in exams.
4. English International College – Elviria
Ages 3-18 years
This school, known for acchieving great A level scores, was established in 1982 and has over 80% of the students coming from English families, however there are over 30 nationalities of students within the school.
5. Queens British Grammar School – Estepona
Ages 3-16 years
Traditionally run family school, offering the british curriculum and having the traditional british uniform in place. This school was opened in 2016 and has become popular over the years.
6. Sotogrande International School – Sotogrande
Ages 3-18 years
International Baccaleureate. Large school, offering boarding options also. This school has an Elite sports program, specializing in tennis and golf, however academics standards are also great, as well as a large focus on their arts program.
7. British School of Malaga -Marbella
Ages 3-18 years
This school, formerly known as St. Georges, has the option to study both the Spanish and the British Curriculum.
SPANISH CURRICULUM
1. Colegio San Jose
Ages 2-18 years
This school, with over 200 years of experience, has been a referent for students along the Costa del Sol, looking for a Spanish Curriculum. With students being inmersed not only in academics but also in sports and extracurricular activities from a young age. This school has 2 campuses – one in Guadalmina (Marbella) and the other in Estepona. Their goal is to achieve emotional and academic growth of all students.
2. Colegio Alboran
Ages 3-18 years
Founded in 1985, this school encourages students to have values and respect for others. Considered one of the top 100 schools in Spain, focusing on the Spanish curriculum. This school also offers large sports facilities.
3. Colegio Las Chapas
Ages 0-18 years
Bilingual school, focusing on obtaining a one-to-one education. Only girls school. Part of the Attendis group.
4. Colegio Ecos
Ages 0-18 years.
Bilingual school, focusing on obtaining personalized education. Only boys schools. Part of the Attendis group.
INTERNATIONAL CURRICULUM
1. Deutsche Schule Malaga – Elviria
Ages 3-18 years
This school, the only German school in Marbella, focuses on school culture, development and offers a wide variety of extracurricular options.
2. Atlas American School – Estepona
Ages 3-18 years
This school, opening in September 2022, has both boarding and daily options. Set to become a referent along the coast and following the American system. This school will also offer great sports programs and intensive french course.
3. Lycee Francais Malaga – Malaga
Ages 3-18 years
Located in Malaga, this school was founded over 50 years ago, and is focused on the French Curriculum and language. Bilingual teaching from a young age (French and Spanish) – and students will receive both a Spanish and French Baccalaureate diploma.
