OUR HISTORY
Newbery Real Estate was founded in September 2013 by Exequiel Espinosa Viale, our current CEO, after a highly successful career in the Marbella real estate sector since 2006. With a deep understanding of the market and an eye for investment opportunities, he launched Newbery Real Estate with a clear vision: to create an agency dedicated to investors looking for high-yield real estate opportunities.
In its early years, Newbery Real Estate focused primarily on bank repossession properties, capitalizing on the booming foreclosure market. We specialized in acquiring bank-owned properties through auctions and successfully sold hundreds of properties to clients interested in property flipping or rental investments with high returns.
As the bank-owned property inventory began to decline, Newbery Real Estate evolved. We expanded our services beyond distressed assets to offer a diverse portfolio of new developments and resale properties, catering to both investors and end-users.
