Monthly Rental Rates: We offer competitive prices tailored to the season. November through March is u20ac1,600 per month, April is u20ac1,900, May through October is u20ac2,200, June and September are u20ac2,800, and the peak months of July and August are u20ac4,900 per month.
Payment Terms: All payments are to be made upfront at the start of the rental period.
Electricity: A standard monthly fee of u20ac120 is applied for electricity. Any usage exceeding this limit will be deducted from the security deposit.
Commission: We guarantee no agency commission fees.
Our property is particularly suitable for those seeking a temporary residence, as per the 'arrendamiento para uso distinto de la vivienda' stipulation of the LAU.
