The living room in the main house is ample, with large, comfortable sofas, separated by two different sitting/lounging areas, which has the ability to create two different atmospheres. Additionally, the living room is home to a beautiful piano sitting beside the chimney, to add atmosphere and make your evenings all the more pleasant.
Next to the kitchen, there is a large dining room with sea views, with a large dining table able to sit 12 diners and with direct access to one of the outdoor porches of the house.
In a few corners of the house you will find some library areas so that, if you wish, you can grab a book (fiction or nonfiction available) and enjoy some downtime by reading one in any of the quiet areas of the house.
The outdoor area is made up of gardens and porches, with a few entertainment materials such as a barbecue, a ping pong table, some deck chairs, etc.
The outdoor area of the main house has 3 terraces: 1 as a prolongation of the living room, in which there is a pleasant sitting area, with sofas and a coffee table, as well as a couple of balinese beds to rest with a book to read, listening to the birds sing. There is also a dining table which is easily accessible from the kitchen area. Additionally, there is another large dining table, where one can seat up to 12 diners, in an unroofed area with a large umbrella to provide for shade; the 2nd terrace is a porched area by the pool, where there is another dining table, to enjoy a nice barbecue or any other meal in between your swims; finally, the 3rd terrace without a roof, is an ideal place to enjoy a lovely sunset with a drink and a sea view, or to take on a ping pong challenge with your friends and family.
The bungalow has its own porche/terrace, as a completely separate entity on the third level of the garden, where you will find more independence.
THE AREA
The villa is located very near the sea, with the nearest beach only 5 mins drive away. Also, it’s very close to some of the most renowned golf courses in the Costa del Sol. The property is conveniently only 10 mins walk away from the nearest pharmacy, which is open 365 days/year, as well as from a supermarket open 365 days/year until 2am. Very nearby you will also find a gym and restaurants with a variety of culinary options.
The area is a paradise for golf players too: in a radius of very few kilometres, you will find famous golf courses like Rio Real Golf, Marbella Golf & Country Club, Magna Golf Club, Santa Maria Golf Club, Finca Cortesin, etc.
